Shirdi Sai Sansthan (this website, shirdisansthan.org.in) is NOT the official Shri Sai Baba Sansthan Trust. The official Trust runs sai.org.in and can be reached on +91 2423 258500.

This shirdi sansthan disclaimer exists because devotee confusion between similar-sounding domain names has real consequences — missed darshan slots, payments to wrong portals, and lost time. We want to be unambiguous about who we are and what we do not do. If you read nothing else, please read this page in full before transacting with anyone claiming to act on behalf of Shirdi.

Who we are

shirdisansthan.org.in is an independent pilgrim information portal run by a small editorial team. We compile, verify, and publish publicly available information about visiting Shirdi — including darshan logistics, aarti timings, the festival calendar, travel routes, and accommodation options. Our goal is simple: help every devotee plan an accurate, low-stress journey to Sai Baba’s Samadhi.

We are not registered as a charitable trust, religious body, ticketing agent, travel operator, or accommodation aggregator. We are an editorial publication, similar in spirit to a guidebook.

Who we are NOT

We are not the Shri Sai Baba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi — the statutory body constituted under the Shri Sai Baba Sansthan Trust (Shirdi) Act, 2004, which manages Samadhi Mandir, Dwarkamai, Chavadi, Gurusthan, and Bhakt Niwas in Shirdi. We do not work for the Trust, we are not contracted by the Trust, and we hold no commercial relationship with the Trust. References to “Sansthan” in our domain name and content are descriptive of the topic we cover, not a claim of affiliation.

For any official communication from the Trust, look only for emails or notices originating from sai.org.in or its government-listed subdomains, and from the Trust phone number +91 2423 258500.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell darshan passes. VIP passes, online aarti passes, and special-day passes are issued solely by the Trust through sai.org.in. We describe the process but never handle the transaction. See our VIP pass explainer for the official portal link.
  • We do not accept donations. Any donation to Sai Baba should go directly to the Trust through its official portal or Shirdi-side counters. We have no donation gateway, no UPI handle, and no bank account that accepts public contributions.
  • We do not facilitate Bhakt Niwas bookings. Room allotments are run by the Trust’s accommodation portal — see our lodging guide. We cannot reserve, change, or cancel any booking.
  • We do not ship prasad. Courier prasad is sold by the Trust prasadalaya and the Indian postal service. We are not resellers of any kind.
  • We do not provide spiritual counselling, astrology, or remedy services. Beware of anyone using our brand name to sell such services.

Where to book and pay

If you need to book darshan, aarti passes, Bhakt Niwas rooms, or prasad, please use only these official channels:

Trust helpline

Phone +91 2423 258500 during Indian business hours. We list the number on our contact page so you can keep it handy.

Factual accuracy commitment

Every article on the Site is reviewed against the latest publicly available Trust notifications, news reports, and on-the-ground devotee feedback before publication. When timings, fees, or rules change, we update the affected page within seventy-two hours of the change becoming public. If you spot an outdated figure, please tell us at leomultimediaofficial@gmail.com — instructions are on the contact page.

Despite this care, the Site is provided on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for any direct or consequential loss resulting from reliance on Site content. Always confirm critical details (queue cut-off times, prasad availability, special darshan slots) by phoning the Trust on the day of travel.

Trademarks and intellectual property

“Sai Baba”, “Shri Sai Baba Sansthan Trust”, “Shirdi”, and related marks belong to their respective owners or the public domain. We use them descriptively to refer to the subject of our coverage. No claim of ownership or endorsement is implied. If you are a rights-holder and believe we have used a mark incorrectly, write to the editorial desk and we will resolve it within fourteen days.

Advertising, AdSense, and affiliate disclosure

At the time of writing (26 May 2026), the Site carries no display advertising, no affiliate links, and no sponsored content. If in future we enable Google AdSense to support hosting costs, ad slots will be clearly distinguishable from editorial content, will not run on legal pages such as this disclaimer, and will not target devotee donations. We will never accept paid placements that masquerade as editorial recommendations, and any future paid arrangement will be disclosed on the affected page.

Health, safety, and pilgrimage advice

Articles on the Site that mention queue durations, walking distances, monsoon road conditions, or fasting customs are descriptive notes from devotees and editors — not medical or safety prescriptions. Shirdi can be physically demanding during peak weeks; consult your doctor before travelling if you have heart conditions, respiratory issues, or mobility limitations. Pregnant pilgrims, infants, and elderly devotees should plan extra rest stops and avoid the busiest aartis. Read our yatra etiquette guide for general decorum notes, but always defer to live Trust signage and your own judgement.

Beware of impersonators

We are aware that scam websites and social-media accounts occasionally copy our look-and-feel to lure devotees into “fast-track” payments. We will never ask you to make a payment to a personal UPI handle, never call you offering refunds, and never message you on WhatsApp claiming a darshan slot is “reserved” for a fee. If anyone contacts you using our site name with a payment ask, please screenshot and forward it to leomultimediaofficial@gmail.com so we can warn other pilgrims through the blog.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is shirdisansthan.org.in run by the Trust?

No. We are an independent editorial portal. The official Trust site is sai.org.in and the Trust helpline is +91 2423 258500 — please use those channels for any official Trust matter.

Can I donate to Sai Baba through your site?

No, and please be very careful. We accept zero donations. All donations should be made directly through sai.org.in or at the official donation counters inside the Samadhi Mandir complex in Shirdi.

Why is your domain similar to the Trust name?

The word “sansthan” is the standard Marathi and Hindi term for an institution managing a shrine. We use it descriptively because that is the topic of our coverage. To remove any doubt, this disclaimer page exists and is linked from every footer.

How do I report a fake page using your brand?

Forward the URL, screenshot, or message to leomultimediaofficial@gmail.com. We will publish a warning on the blog and, where appropriate, report the impersonation to the relevant platform and to Indian cyber-crime authorities.

Are your aarti timings official?

We refresh aarti timings each month against Trust notifications, but the Trust remains the authoritative source. Always confirm on the day of darshan with the helpline at +91 2423 258500 — see our aarti schedule page for the live numbers.

Do you run advertisements on this site?

Not at present. If we enable Google AdSense in the future, ad slots will be clearly labelled, kept off legal pages, and never permitted to imitate editorial recommendations. Affiliate links are not used today.
