Terms of Use
The rules under which shirdisansthan.org.in is offered to readers — editorial in nature, with no booking, payment, or advisory responsibility.
These shirdi sansthan terms of use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of shirdisansthan.org.in (the “Site”). By visiting any page on the Site you agree to these Terms and to our privacy policy and disclaimer. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site immediately.
1. Nature of the Site
The Site is an independent editorial portal that compiles publicly available information about Shirdi, Sai Baba darshan, festival schedules, travel routes, and accommodation around Shirdi town. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of the Shri Sai Baba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi. The Trust’s official website is sai.org.in and is the only authoritative source for ticketing, donations, prasad orders, and Bhakt Niwas allotments.
2. Editorial and informational use only
All content on the Site — including darshan guides, aarti timings, festival calendars, and lodging notes — is provided for general information. We make reasonable efforts to keep facts current, but we cannot guarantee accuracy at every moment, and timings or fees can change without notice. Always verify time-sensitive details directly with the Trust before you travel, pay, or finalise a booking.
3. No booking, refund, or financial responsibility
The Site does not sell darshan passes, room nights, prasad, donations, or any other product or service. We do not collect payments. Where we describe an online booking flow, we are describing the Trust’s portal as a third party. You transact with the Trust at your own risk under the Trust’s terms, and any payment dispute, refund, cancellation, or service failure is a matter between you and the Trust — not us.
4. No medical, legal, or financial advice
Travel, health, dietary, legal, and financial decisions are personal. Articles on the Site occasionally discuss yatra rules, fasting practices, or accessibility tips, but these are descriptive, not prescriptive. You should consult a qualified professional (doctor, lawyer, advisor) before relying on anything here for a real-world decision.
5. Copyright and licensing
All original text, layout, graphics, charts, and arrangement on the Site is copyright © 2024–2026, the editorial team behind shirdisansthan.org.in, all rights reserved. You may:
- Read, print, and share links for personal, non-commercial use.
- Quote up to 150 words in your own article with a clear, clickable credit link back to the source page.
You may not republish full articles, mirror our content, scrape our pages for use in other directories, or use our text to train commercial AI models without prior written permission from the editorial desk.
Photographs and graphics may be licensed under Creative Commons, sourced from public-domain archives, or contributed by devotees. Where attribution is required, we cite the source on or near the image. If you wish to reuse an image, please email us and we will confirm the licence before you use it.
6. Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- Use automated scrapers, crawlers, or bots that exceed reasonable rate limits (we permit search-engine crawlers and well-behaved archival bots).
- Frame or embed Site pages inside another commercial site without written permission.
- Use the Site to harvest email addresses or other contact details.
- Upload, transmit, or link to malicious code, spam, or unlawful content via our comment or correspondence channels.
- Misrepresent yourself as the Shri Sai Baba Sansthan Trust, or claim that the Site is an official Trust publication.
- Reverse-engineer the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised admin access, or probe the host infrastructure.
Violations may result in IP-level blocks at the Cloudflare or Wordfence layer and, in serious cases, referral to law-enforcement authorities under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
7. Third-party links
The Site links to external resources — the Trust, transport operators, map providers, and news outlets — for your convenience. We do not control those sites and accept no responsibility for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Visit external links at your own discretion.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, including missed darshan slots, denied bookings, travel disruptions, or financial loss. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability is capped at INR 1,000.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Site, its editorial team, contributors, and host providers from any claim, demand, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of Site content.
10. Modification of these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will reflect the latest version. Material changes (for example, new commercial terms) will be announced with a homepage notice for at least fourteen days. Continued use of the Site after the change constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection statutes, the courts at Ahmednagar, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to the Site or these Terms.
12. Contact
For any question about these Terms, including takedown requests, copyright queries, or partnership enquiries, please write to leomultimediaofficial@gmail.com. We respond within five business days. For Trust-side matters (bookings, refunds, donations), call +91 2423 258500 or visit sai.org.in — we cannot escalate those queries on your behalf.
Please also see our privacy policy and disclaimer for related notices. If you spotted a fact you want corrected, the contact page explains exactly how to submit it.
